Purpose Driven Realty - Edina Realty

Purpose Driven Realty is locally owned with agents that have a combined experience of 30-plus years. Their purpose is to focus on people rather than profit and to provide their customers with a unique and professional real estate experience whether they are buying or selling a home. They also give back to nonprofits each year in the areas that they serve.

I was asked by Purpose Driven Realty to design a brand new team flyer that their team could use to advertise their business and services. I needed to work within their current branding guides, using their team colors, current logo, and photos. I designed a unique flyer using some opacity and different shapes to draw attention to the flyer. Purpose Driven Realty also asked me to write all of the copywriting and include some of their team's expertise in a bullet-point format. 

One of the team members of Purpose Driven Realty asked me to design a separate flyer for a house on the market. He wanted a flyer that would showcase photos of the house and list information that would help potential buyers book a tour to see the house. I kept the design elements similar to the team flyer and added the pre-written copy for the listed house.
